About de Venoge
Henri-Marc de Venoge left Switzerland for Champagne and founded de Venoge & Cie with his son Joseph in Épernay in 1837. The house’s blue-ribbon Cordon Bleu dates to 1851, and its Princes cuvée to 1858.
Since 2015, its home has been 33 Avenue de Champagne, where it keeps a collection of nearly 20,000 vintage bottles. The house uses juice from the first pressing and allows long cellar ageing, keeping sugar additions at finishing low.
