A blend of British Columbia heritage cider apples forms this artisan cider, with the producer describing the chosen fruit as diverse in flavour and complex in character. Bourbon is part of the documented expression, while an independent exact-product record describes a dry style with medium tartness and 8.5 per cent alcohol. Heritage apple fruit, dryness, tartness and bourbon are all recorded.

About Raven's Moon Estate Winery & Cider Worx
Raven’s Moon grew from Nature’s Way Farm near Courtenay, where George Ehrler and Marla Limousin have farmed since 2004. They opened Blue Moon Estate Winery in 2009, then launched Raven’s Moon cider in 2012. George went on to study cidermaking in Oregon, and their son Quinn has joined the cellar as a cidermaker. The family makes small batches from heritage cider apples and other British Columbia fruit, including fruit from its own farm.
