Riley’s Berry Mac Cider Can

A single-varietal McIntosh cider is combined with fresh-pressed British Columbia raspberries. The official description records a refreshing, fruity finish and striking pink colour, with alcohol listed at six per cent. The McIntosh apple base and freshly pressed berry fruit are the two documented ingredients, bringing the cider’s varietal base and its raspberry addition together in a clearly stated fruit expression.

About Riley's Cidery
Riley’s Cidery began with the Bowen Island orchard that John and Josephine Riley planted over thirty years, gathering nearly a thousand heirloom apple varieties. The cidery grew out of Christine and Rob’s decision to take over the orchard in 2019 and preserve its collection.
Christine trained at Herefordshire’s Cider and Perry Academy and through the University of British Columbia’s sustainable-agriculture practicum. She and Rob run the business together, sharing orchard and cellar work. Alongside heirloom apples, their ciders draw on orchard-grown quince and other British Columbia fruit.
