Cabernet Sauvignon makes up fifty-four percent of the blend, with thirty-four percent Merlot and six percent each Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The vineyard covers thirty-nine hectares of deep gravel, with vines averaging thirty-five years old. Harvest ran from September 14 to 28, and grapes underwent successive manual and mechanical sorting. Vinification took place in stainless steel. Ageing lasted fifteen months in barrels, thirty percent new.
