Fresh grape and delicate floral notes open the aroma, followed by soft orchard fruit and a light muscat-like lift. The palate is notably smooth, rounded and gentle, with clear fruit character carried by a refined texture rather than overt sweetness. Subtle floral detail returns through the middle. The finish is clean and pleasant, leaving fresh fruit and a quiet aromatic echo.

About Sibona
Sibona is a distillery in Piobesi d’Alba, in Piedmont’s Roero hills near Alba and the Langhe. It holds Italian distillation licence number 1. For its single-variety grappas, fresh grape marc is distilled promptly in copper stills. Its aged spirits use a range of former wine and spirit casks, including Port, Sherry, Madeira, whisky and rum.
