Decero 2022 Malbec Flight Of The Condor

A vibrant, fruit-led Malbec with blackberry and plum at the core, lifted by violet and a fresh line of acidity. The palate is generous but neatly shaped, with soft tannins, subtle spice and restrained oak adding polish rather than weight. Fruit from elevated Mendoza vineyards brings brightness and clarity, making this an easy match for grilled beef, lamb or smoky vegetables.

About Finca Decero
Finca Decero began as Thomas Schmidheiny's decision to build an Argentine wine estate from scratch in Agrelo, at the southern edge of Mendoza's Luján de Cuyo district. Its entire vineyard occupies one site at roughly 1,050 metres. Alluvial and colluvial soils vary across Remolinos Vineyard, named for the small whirlwinds that form there.
The vineyard is divided into mapped plots according to soil and growing conditions. The plots are managed and vinified separately.
