Ripe black fruit, violet and eucalyptus lead, with cocoa, dried-fruit and oak notes adding depth. The palate is broad and structured, its firm, mature tannins balanced by lively acidity and a long, savoury finish. Serve with braised beef, osso buco, grilled lamb or a rich mushroom dish.

About El Porvenir de Cafayate
El Porvenir de Cafayate is a female-led family winery directed since 2013 by Lucía Romero Marcuzzi, a third-generation vineyard owner from Salta. Its vineyards lie in high desert, with poor soils, abundant sunshine, little rain and large day-to-night temperature shifts. Harvest crews pick into small boxes, followed by careful selection and gravity-led handling in the cellar.
