Pure botrytised fruit and mineral notes meet subtle white flowers. Crisp acidity accompanies orange rind, tangerine and stem ginger, with a long finish. The blend is 65% Sémillon and 35% Sauvignon Blanc, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in new French oak. Organic certification, noble rot, floral freshness and exotic notes also form part of the estate’s profile.
