Villalin 2023 Quincy Cuvee Tradition

$44.99
The Quincy appellation in the east of the Loire Valley has a very long and unique history, having been named France's second AOC following Chateauneuf du Pape. Husband and wife team make a rich and textured Sauvignon Blanc that shines as bright as its close neighbours from Sancerre and Pouilly Fume. Quincy cultivates citrus notes such as grapefruit, hints of menthol and pepper, and aromas of acacia and white flowers. Its mouthfeel is a combination of fresh and fruity.

Baumard 2023 La Caleche

Gaintza Aitako 2019 Getariako Txakolina

$44.99
85% Hondarrabi Zuri, 15% Chardonnay Fully hand-harvested. Fermentation is mostly in stainless steel at low temperatures to preserve aromas, using natural yeasts. Apple and pineapple aromas. Fresh and mineral with good body, roundness and balance.

Bunan Le Vin De B 2024 Blanc

$29.99
A nose of fresh lemon peel, white flowers and white peach. On the palate the fruit competes with the saline, flinty characters. Medium bodied with good weight and texture. Spectacular choice for a sunny patio or a marine inspired meal.

Moulin Touchais 1955 Anjou

$399.99
Translucent gold in color with hints of brown, a nose of smoky caramel with subtle truffle, and a palate of yellow apple with warm clove and Middle Eastern spices. The wine exhibits a rich sweetness balanced by its natural acidity, resulting in a long and complex finish.  Tasted in 2019 by Greg Sherwood MW,  "Brine, tangerine peel, citrus, naartjie and pithy spicy herbal lift. Rich, sweet / sour tartness, bright, vibrant, deliciously juicy. Great salty opulence. Superb." - 96pts, Greg Sherwood

Clement Lavallee 2022 Aligote

$67.99
From 35-year-old vines on clay & limestone, the older vines producing tiny, intense grapes. Fermented in both stainless and neutral barrel which tame its texture, this is a beautifully concentrated expression of the grape, wound tightly and quite structured, but rewarding patience in the glass.

Clement Lavallee 2022 Chablis

$83.99
The 2022 Chablis Villages comes from a 2.5Ha plot of 35-year-old vines picked at 35 hl/ha and sees 12 months ageing on the lees. This estate cuvée displays a tension worthy of the greatest village level Chablis. The 2022 Chablis is distinguished by its purity and freshness, with aromas of citrus, white flowers and hints of flint, typical of the terroir. The palate is lively, carried by a beautiful acidic tension and a clean finish, supported by a marked minerality. This wine embodies finesse, with remarkable precision and balance. Elegance and purity in spades.

Clement Lavallee 2022 Chablis Les Ardill

$96.99
The 2022 Les Ardillers comes Chardonnay planted to clay-limestone soils from 45-year-old vines in the 1.6Ha namesake lieu-dit. It’s aged for 12 months in 1- to 5-year-old barrels for half the crop, the other in stainless steel on the lees. This shows assiduous use of the lees, lending weight and texture to the vibrant finish; a more classically taut and mineral expression of Chablis.

Clement Lavallee 45 Degrees 2022 Chablis

$104.99
This Chablis is the flagship. There's something very 'Raveneau' about this, their Chablis 45° (named after the steep slope of the vineyard), a wine with beautiful length, a perfectly balanced structure and subtle layers of orchard fruits and lightly-salted butter. It’s focused and richly textured, highlighting why Clément has become one of the fastest rising stars in Chablis.

Vgc Monnieres 2017 Muscadet St Fiacre

$48.99
Gold coloured wine. Fruity and extremely complex nose. Full and structured mouthfeel. The minerality of the terroir shows through, but is extremely well-balanced. Buttery finish. This is a perfectly balanced fine wine that is worthy of cellaring. It has an ageing potential of 15 years.

Pennautier Mademoiselle 2023 Pays D’Oc

$29.99
Clear, silky, yellow gold colour in the glass. Pale fleshy fruit on the nose; think peach, prickly pear, apricot. Floral hints. Round and smooth in mouth with a long, fresh finish.
