Padro & Co Rojo Amargo
Spanish Red
A full-bodied red vermouth with fresh orange, tobacco, cinchona bark and honeyed caramel. The palate is round and intense, balancing sweetness with the bitterness of aromatic herbs and the depth gained from barrel ageing. Smooth and persistent through the finish, it is best served well chilled, over ice with citrus, or in a spirit-forward cocktail.

Spanish Fortified
An aromatic white vermouth, with star anise, lemon verbena, angelica and quinine bringing layers of sweet herbs and citrus. The palate is smooth, rounded and refined, balancing gentle sweetness with a measured bitter edge. Fresh citrus carries the finish, keeping the style bright and composed. Serve well chilled over ice, with tonic or alongside salted almonds and citrus-marinated olives.
