Elegant and mineral-driven, with aromas of lemon, pear and white flowers accented by wild herbs and subtle smoky notes. The palate is textured and vibrant, showing bright acidity, saline minerality and a long, refined finish. A distinctive expression of old-vine Listán Blanco grown on Tenerife’s volcanic soils.

From 35-year-old vines on clay & limestone, the older vines producing tiny, intense grapes. Fermented in both stainless and neutral barrel which tame its texture, this is a beautifully concentrated expression of the grape, wound tightly and quite structured, but rewarding patience in the glass.

Grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, this wine is basically liquid lava rock in the best way: cool, crisp, and quietly powerful. Benanti Etna Bianco is all about minerality and finesse, with zesty citrus, green apple, and a hint of wild herbs swirling together like an ocean breeze through mountain air. The palate is lean but textured, with a savoury, smoky edge that lingers long after your last sip. It’s elegant, electric, and unmistakably Etna.
