A finely tuned Rheingau Riesling with Asian pear, mirabelle and quince, lifted by citrus and subtle earthy notes. The palate is silky yet precise, with juicy fruit, a flinty mineral line and saline energy driving the wine forward. The finish is focused and persistent, making this a strong match for shellfish, pork, fresh cheese or gently spiced dishes.

About Eva Fricke
Eva Fricke came to wine from Bremen rather than through an inherited estate, then built her own Rheingau project from a tiny start in 2006. Her experience spans France, Australia, Italy and Spain, but Riesling from the Rheingau is the focus of her own estate.
Older, steep vineyards are worked by hand, with careful selection at harvest and gentle pressing in the cellar. Cellar intervention is kept light, and the Rieslings range from regional blends to village and single-vineyard wines.
