Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 is a multi-regional South Australian Cabernet with clear varietal definition and polished Penfolds style. Lifted cassis, blackberry, violet, bay leaf, tobacco, cedar and graphite are framed by carefully judged French and American oak.
Medium to full-bodied, it is concentrated but balanced, with ripe dark fruit, fine persistent tannins and a savoury, chocolate-tinged finish. Serve with grilled steak, roast lamb or a rich mushroom dish.

Château Léoville Las Cases 2010 is a monumental Saint-Julien from the estate’s celebrated Grand Enclos. Deep cassis, blackcurrant, plum, cedar, cigar box, graphite, clove and mineral notes unfold with air, showing the concentration and complexity of this outstanding vintage.

Château Haut-Bailly Grand Cru Classé is a refined Pessac-Léognan red with the estate’s characteristic balance of perfume, graphite and poise. Cabernet-led notes of cassis, black cherry, plum, violet, tobacco, cedar and crushed stone develop into a sleek, savoury palate.
Medium to full-bodied, it is defined by fine tannins, fresh acidity and a persistent mineral finish. Elegant rather than overtly showy, it rewards decanting and pairs well with roast beef, lamb or duck.

Cune Imperial Gran Reserva 2012 is a mature, classical Rioja from exceptional sites in Rioja Alta. It opens with blackberry, dried cherry, cedar, tobacco, vanilla, leather and warm spice, while the palate brings together ripe dark fruit, savoury earth and fresh mineral lift.
Tempranillo-led and gracefully evolved, it is structured without heaviness, with polished tannins and a long, persistent finish. Decant for roasted meats, grilled lamb or aged hard cheeses.

Penfolds Cabernet Shiraz Bin 389
Penfolds Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz 2018 is a substantial, intensely flavoured South Australian red with a polished balance of Cabernet Sauvignon structure and Shiraz richness. Lifted aromas of cassis, black cherry, juniper, coconut, vanilla and subtle oak lead into a generous palate of dark cherry liqueur, black forest cake, roasted beetroot and savoury spice.
The texture is plush and layered, with sweet Cabernet fruit balanced by the more savoury character of Shiraz. Oak and tannins are present but well absorbed, giving the wine depth and shape without taking over. Powerful, refined and built for the table, with a long, dark-fruited finish.
