Champault 2021 Menetou-Salon
Bright, lifted nose of grapefruit, lemon zest, and white flowers with a subtle herbal edge and wet stone minerality. The palate is crisp and linear, driven by zesty citrus and green orchard fruit, with that classic Loire chalkiness and saline snap. Clean, refreshing finish with fine tension. Ideal with oysters, goat cheese, or simply as an apéritif.
