Undurraga 2024 Sibaris Gran Reserva Pinot Noir Leyda Valley
Fresh, ripe raspberry appears in both the aroma and palate. Damp earth and forest-floor notes are also present, while the texture is smooth. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, the wine comes from Lomas de Leyda in Leyda Valley. Its savoury, red-fruited profile suits roast duck or mushroom pizza. The wine contains 13.5 percent alcohol and 2.4 grams of sugar per litre.
Undurraga 2018 T.H. Carignan Maule
Oak, raspberry and sour cherry appear with red fruit, dry earth, spice, leather and juicy plum. Strong tannins are balanced by higher-than-expected acidity. The wine is made entirely from Carignan grown in Cauquenes and Loncomilla within the Maule Valley. Vines are goblet trained on granite-based soils. Maturation lasted sixteen months in used French oak barrels, and production totalled 1,367 cases.
Undurraga 2024 T.H. Peumo Carménère
Raspberry, cherry, green pepper, dark chocolate and oak are present. The palate is medium-bodied, with vibrant acidity, a fresh, juicy mouthfeel, smooth tannins and a long finish. The Carménère comes from a small, low-yielding plot in Peumo with red clay above decomposing granite. Maturation lasts twelve months in French oak, including thirty-five percent new barrels.
Undurraga 2024 T.H. Sauvignon Blanc Leyda
Lime and grapefruit lead, joined by cassis leaf, fennel and a subtle green-pepper note. The palate is fresh and concentrated, with clear acidity, restrained fruit and a fine mineral line giving the wine precision. A faint gunflint accent carries through the long, complex finish, making this cool-climate Chilean white a strong partner for oysters, ceviche or simply grilled fish.
Undurraga 2023 T.H. Cabernet Sauvignon Alto Maipo
Blackcurrant, cassis and dark cherry lead, with cedar, graphite and a cool herbal note adding detail. The palate is structured yet fresh, bringing ripe fruit, polished tannins and measured oak into a balanced frame. A savoury mineral line carries through the persistent finish, making this precise Chilean red a strong partner for grilled lamb, roast beef or aged hard cheeses.
Undurraga 2023 Sibaris Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva
Blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherry lead, with fine notes of spice, cedar and dark chocolate adding depth. The palate is round and velvety, bringing ripe fruit and measured oak into a composed, full-flavoured frame. Dry and harmonious through the finish, this polished Chilean red is well suited to roast beef, grilled lamb or firm, mature cheeses.
