Fresh-cut pear, pineapple and guava lead, with red apple, citrus peel, ginger and nutmeg adding lift and detail. The palate is dry and medium-bodied, combining mouth-filling weight with clean acidity and finely defined fruit. Balanced and poised through the finish, it works beautifully with leafy salads, grilled fish, soft cheeses or lightly spiced vegetable dishes.
