Graham and Lyndsay O’Rourke run Tightrope on British Columbia’s Naramata Bench, with Graham tending the vineyards and Lyndsay making the wine. The couple studied at Lincoln University in New Zealand before returning to the Okanagan in 2007.
They bought their Fleet Road property that year; its seven acres of vines are complemented by the nearby Marmot vineyard. The winery and vineyards are certified through Sustainable Winegrowing British Columbia.
Tightrope 2025 Pinot Gris
Canadian White
Fresh-cut pear, pineapple and guava lead, with red apple, citrus peel, ginger and nutmeg adding lift and detail. The palate is dry and medium-bodied, combining mouth-filling weight with clean acidity and finely defined fruit. Balanced and poised through the finish, it works beautifully with leafy salads, grilled fish, soft cheeses or lightly spiced vegetable dishes.
