Violet and blueberry-muffin aromas introduce a plush, dark-fruited red. Vanilla bean and a creamy coffee note come through on the palate, followed by stewed fruit, brown butter and cocoa. Equal parts Syrah and Malbec, it spent 52 months in oak, finishing rich and jammy with a generous, rounded sense of depth.

Cabernet Franc opens with dried cherry, roasted almond and vanilla, followed by stewed plum and mulling spice. Thirty-six months in neutral oak round the texture without masking the fruit. The finish is composed and gently spiced, with mature dark-fruit depth held in a supple, generous frame.
