AboutSanta Ema
Santa Ema’s roots begin with Pedro Pavone, who arrived from Piedmont in 1917 and settled in Chile’s Maipo Valley. He acquired land in Isla de Maipo in 1931, and in 1956 founded the winery with his son Félix. Third and fourth generations of the Pavone family remain involved.
Santa Ema 2023 El Cruce Sauvignon Blanc
Pale yellow with green edges, this Sauvignon Blanc opens with medlar and citrus peel. The palate is dry, clean and refreshing, carrying bright citrus through a crisp finish. Fermentation in stainless steel at a cool temperature preserves the fruit and clarity, making it a natural aperitif or partner for green salads and soft, creamy cheese.
Santa Ema 2022 El Cruce Cabernet Sauvignon
Plum, blackberry and raspberry lead, with a measured touch of toast behind the fruit. The palate is dry and balanced, bringing ripe dark berries together with supple tannins and enough freshness to keep the finish clean. Easy to enjoy yet neatly composed, it suits grilled beef, richly spiced dishes, slow-cooked stews or firm cheeses.
