AboutSalt Spring Wild Cider

Salt Spring Wild Cider works with apples and pears from the island’s historic orchards. Owners Gerda Lattey and Mike Lachelt gather fruit from their own land and other Salt Spring properties, including fruit supplied by island residents.

The fruit is pressed and fermented at the cider house. Wild fermentation and bottle conditioning are used for some releases. Dry cider and perry sit alongside blends with botanicals and seasonal fruit.

Salt Spring Wild Cider Bitter Orange Rosemary 750 mL

Canadian Cider
