Project B

Earthy strawberry aromas meet Okanagan desert notes in this pale, dry rosé. Red fruit and crisp acidity accompany a creamy texture, with 1.6 grams per litre of residual sugar. The wine is a partnership between Michael Bartier and Eric Monnin of Boutinot, bringing together Okanagan Valley vineyards and French winemaking experience. The wine contains twelve and a half percent alcohol.
