Project B brings together Okanagan winemaker Michael Bartier and Eric Monnin, Boutinot’s head winemaker. Boutinot’s first Canadian wine project grew from its search for a partner with a deep knowledge of the Okanagan and its vineyards. The letter B nods to Boutinot, Bartier, the original Plot B and the worker bee.

Canadian Rosé
Earthy strawberry aromas meet Okanagan desert notes in this pale, dry rosé. Red fruit and crisp acidity accompany a creamy texture, with 1.6 grams per litre of residual sugar. The wine is a partnership between Michael Bartier and Eric Monnin of Boutinot, bringing together Okanagan Valley vineyards and French winemaking experience. The wine contains twelve and a half percent alcohol.
