Black cherry, cassis and dark plum form a generous core, layered with anise, cigar leaf and measured oak spice. The palate is full and concentrated, yet fresh enough to keep the ripe fruit and velvety tannins in balance. Structured for further development, it is equally compelling now beside roast beef, lamb, venison or a deeply savoury mushroom dish.
