Aromatic field flowers and mineral notes rise first, followed by measured smoke and earthy agave. The palate is persistent and savoury, with the Cupreata component bringing freshness while Manso Sahuayo adds breadth and a rounded texture. Fruit grown on the rugged slopes around El Limón and La Calzonuda gives the spirit a distinctly Michoacán character, different from the more familiar Oaxacan profile. The finish is long, lightly smoky and mineral, with florals returning. Serve neat in a copita and allow it to open slowly.

Roasted agave and light smoke lead, followed by pineapple, lime and a measured savoury note. The palate is creamy and softly textured, with dried fruit, warm spice and citrus layered over earthy agave. A traditional pechuga distillation with game birds, venison, fruit and spices adds depth without overwhelming the spirit's Michoacán character. The finish is gentle but persistent, carrying smoke, citrus, spice and a faint cereal tone. Serve neat in a copita and allow it to open slowly at room temperature.
