Ripe black and red fruit appears with garrigue and sweet spice. The style is lighter and refreshing, with acidity. The blend contains seventy percent Mourvèdre, twenty percent Grenache and ten percent Syrah from organically farmed, southeast-facing terraces on clay-limestone soils. Grapes are harvested by hand and the wine matures in concrete vats. The vineyards sit at higher altitude behind the Dentelles de Montmirail.
