Lime and grapefruit lead with flint, baked apple and finely drawn green-herb notes. The palate is crisp and chalky, built around juicy citrus, white pepper and a refreshing saline mineral line. Clean acidity gives the fruit drive and length without excess weight. Serve with oysters, grilled fish, goat cheese or herb-led salads.
