Château Laurence

Merlot grows on clay and calcareous highlands for this Bordeaux Supérieur. Temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by sixteen months in French oak. Coffee, oak, blackberry jam, plum and tobacco appear in the profile. The palate is fruity, fresh and silky, with blackberry, strawberry and plum held by fine tannins. The estate identifies its farming as sustainable.
