Château Faugères

Blackcurrant, black raspberry and plum lead, with mint, licorice, coffee, tobacco and spice adding depth. The palate is full-bodied and plush, its ripe dark fruit framed by bright acidity and well-integrated tannins through a long, mineral finish. Decant and serve with roast lamb, braised beef or aged cheese.
