Cantera Negra

Roasted agave leads with orange zest, vanilla and polished oak. The palate is smooth and rounded, layering caramel, toffee and warm spice over a clear agave core. Time in former Cognac and bourbon barrels brings richness without burying the spirit’s freshness. The finish is medium and warming, leaving cinnamon, citrus, roasted nuts and a gentle peppery note. Serve neat or in a spirit-forward cocktail.
