Canadian Red
Pinot Noir comes from a small Kaleden vineyard overlooking Skaha Lake. Dijon clones 115, 667 and 777 grow on previously uncultivated land with sand, loam and glacial deposits. Chemical pesticides, synthetic fertilizers and herbicides are not used. Vineyard work is organic and manual, while winemaking follows a low-intervention approach. The site has long summer days and cool summer nights.

Canadian Red
Winemaking uses whole clusters, native fermentation and neutral French oak. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration. Leather saddle, pipe tobacco and vanilla pod appear with wild sagebrush, toasted spices, crunchy cherry and dried rose petal. The wine has soft, velvety tannins, zippy acidity, low alcohol and length. The estate vineyard is farmed organically without chemical pesticides, fertilizers or herbicides.

Canadian Sparkling
Cabernet Franc is made into a light-bodied sparkling wine with no skin contact. Strawberry, raspberry and citrus shape the fresh profile. Production includes hand riddling, disgorging and hand labelling. The fruit comes from Kaleden, on high benches above the western shore of Skaha Lake in British Columbia. The estate farms five acres and focuses on low-intervention, energetic wines.

The palate feels lively and multidimensional, with whole-cluster character bringing savoury definition and toasted spice. A subtle blush colour introduces a fresh, energetic sparkling wine with ruby-red grapefruit and alpine strawberry at the forefront. Fine bubbles keep the palate lifted, while brief skin contact adds gentle tannic shape. Twelve months on lees brings rounded texture and a clear mineral note. The finish is dry, bright and refreshing, well suited to grilled prawns or soft cheese.
