Thick, oily smoke opens the nose before a sharper medicinal note and a bright burst of fruit emerge. The palate is ashy and focused, with apple-core bitterness, leather and spicy vanilla balanced by pink grapefruit and ripe orchard fruit. Its medium-heavy peat character is firm but not blunt, allowing the citrus and fruit to remain clear through the smoke. The finish is spicy, peaty and mouth-watering, with a final juicy lift. Serve neat or with a few drops of water.

Sweet honey and tropical fruit lead the nose, followed by cinnamon, rich toffee and delicate campfire smoke. The palate is rounded and expressive, with toffee apple, vanilla and warming spice set against a measured smoky backdrop. A sherry-cask finish gives the fruit and caramel notes extra depth while keeping the peat controlled. The finish is mellow and savoury, carrying ash, light salinity, ginger and soft smoke. Serve neat or add a small amount of water.
