Agrosan Sicilia

Bitter orange and liquorice lead a layered Sicilian amaro, supported by rhubarb, dried herbs and a gently earthy root note. An infusion of herbs, fruits, roots and flowers gives the palate breadth, while the original recipe keeps sweetness and bitterness in composed balance. Vanilla and a faint cocoa tone soften the middle before orange peel and spicy rhubarb return on the finish. Serve neat, over ice or as a structured herbal modifier in cocktails.
