Adega Cooperativa de Vidigueira

Black fruit and ripe tannins define a rich, polished profile. Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet form the blend, and the wine contains 14 percent alcohol. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented at controlled temperature. Maturation lasts six months in French and American oak. Red fruit, cocoa and vanilla are also present in the profile. The wine comes from Alentejo in Portugal.
