Verdeca

Bright yellow colour has green flecks. Exotic and citrus fruit appear with floral and grassy notes. Pear, mango and Meyer lemon are also present. Vibrant acidity and a subtle mineral streak accompany a clean, refreshing finish. The blend combines Verdeca and Bianco d’Alessano from Puglia and is identified as sustainably produced. Suggested pairings include seafood, shellfish, grilled chicken with mixed greens or fried pork spiedini.

Saline freshness leads into ripe yellow fruit, pineapple, chamomile and a delicate herbal note. The palate is enveloping yet bright, with a clear line of acidity keeping the generous fruit composed.
