Tibouren
Tibouren
Clos Cibonne 2022 Cuvée Tradition Rouge
French Red
Dark ruby in colour, with blackberry, blackcurrant and dried herbs supported by peppery spice. The palate is full-bodied and generous, yet mellow tannins keep the texture composed rather than heavy. A subtle coastal freshness lifts the dark fruit, while time in large cask brings savoury breadth to the finish. Serve with lamb, grilled mushrooms or slow-cooked beef.
Clos Cibonne 2024 Cuvee Tradition Tibouren Rose
French Rosé
Delicate strawberry and citrus open with a chalky mineral note. Bone dry and finely textured, the palate brings bright red fruit together with vibrant acidity and a subtle herbal edge. Saline minerality carries the clean, lingering finish, giving this structured rosé real presence at the table. Serve with grilled fish, Niçoise salad, scallops or goat cheese.
Miraval 2020 Studio Rosé Méditerranée IGP
French Rosé
Light red fruit and apple meet crisp acidity in a fresh, lightly textured rosé. Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle and Tibouren come from Riviera vineyards near the Mediterranean, where the soils carry saline influence. The varieties are directly pressed, with Cinsault and Tibouren fermented in stainless steel and part of the Grenache and Rolle handled in tulip-shaped concrete tanks.
Domaine de Rimauresq 2024 Côtes de Provence Cru Classé Rosé
French Rosé
White peach and citrus appear in this salmon-pink rosé. The palate is creamy, with citrus freshness. The blend comprises Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Rolle, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan and Tibouren. The vineyard lies beneath the Maures Massif on schist and clay soils, and it is farmed organically. The wine contains twelve and a half percent alcohol.
Clos Cibonne 2019 Château Cibon Cuvée Hommage à Marius Rosé
French Rosé
Made from ninety percent Tibouren and ten percent Grenache, this rosé comes from vines more than sixty years old. The wine spends two years in 2,600-litre French-oak foudres, with bâtonnage during the first six months. Its onion-skin colour accompanies full body and layered intensity. Spiced and candied-fruit notes are present with a vinous, substantial palate. The cuvée honours Marius Roux and uses the estate’s historic Château Cibon label.
Clos Cibonne 2020 Cuvée Tradition Tibouren Rosé Magnum
French Rosé
Blood orange, tangerine and clementine lead an expressive nose, joined by rose petals, sweet spice and white pepper. The palate is round and layered yet remains vibrant, with ripe citrus, gentle herbal notes and a subtle coastal salinity. A supple, savoury finish gives this structured rosé unusual breadth and composure.
