This still white comes from Stellenbosch in South Africa's Western Cape and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Floral aromas of pineapple, honeysuckle and jasmine include brioche and vanilla. The palate is crisp, with pear, honeydew melon and apricot. Equal parts Marsanne and Roussanne are vinified separately: Marsanne in tank and Roussanne in used oak. The wine is juicy, with clear mineral character. Its luminous yellow-green colour accompanies ripe white fruit, lees, chopped herbs, chamomile and red apple. A lemon-soap note is also present. The profile is rich and fruity, and the alcohol level is thirteen and a half percent.

The vineyards are farmed organically, and the finished wine has fourteen percent alcohol.
