Rolle

White fruit and citrus appear in a clean, intense profile. The palate is creamy and round, with citrus bringing structure, balance and precision. Grenache, Rolle, Syrah and Cinsault form the blend. Grapes come from the Var region, are harvested at night, softly pressed and selected. The juices rest on lees in stainless steel before bottling, contributing texture.

Yellow peach, candied apricot, freesia, brioche and orange zest accompany mineral detail, a light grip and a subtle saline note. The rosé blends forty-six percent Grenache, twenty-six percent Cinsault and twenty-eight percent Rolle. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, cement and oak, followed by slow maturation in 600-litre oak barrels with periodic stirring. The wine carries 13.5 percent alcohol.

Ripe red berry fruit leads, with strawberry and raspberry tones joined by fragrant orange peel and a light floral lift. The palate is dry and softly rounded, while bright acidity keeps the fruit precise and refreshing. A clean, citrus-edged finish gives this poised rosé enough depth for the table.
