Perrum

Lemon and other citrus aromas accompany light fruit and a balanced line of acidity. Antão Vaz, Perrum and Arinto form this dry, medium-bodied white from Alentejo. Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless-steel tanks under controlled temperatures. Alcohol is 12.5 percent, and the bottle is closed with a screwcap. Fruit is selected from both estate and contracted vineyards to maintain consistent quality.

Golden in colour, with mineral, floral and earthy aromas setting a restrained, savoury tone. The palate is light and harmonious, driven by remarkable acidity and a firm, refreshing line. Gentle tactile breadth lends shape without heaviness, while the finish stays tense, dry and distinctly mineral.
