Obeidi

Pale gold in colour, the wine has aromas of white peach, chamomile and flint. Quince, pear and citrus peel appear with dried herbs, honey and almond. The finish is long and savoury, with nuttiness and mineral lift. Merweh and Obeidi are cold-fermented separately with wild yeasts. The components are blended and stored briefly in stainless steel. Alcohol is eleven percent.
