The colour is bright straw yellow. Jasmine and elderflower appear with apricot, peach and spice. The palate is balanced, with fragrant acidity. Corvina, Corvinone, Pelara and Molinara are used in the blend. The vines average seventy-five years old and grow on limestone, fossil and clay soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with bâtonnage, followed by three months in bottle.

Baked plum, toasted oak, baking spice, prune, vanilla, mocha, black cherry, milk chocolate, rum raisin and cinnamon appear with smooth tannins and a rich, smooth finish. Corvina makes up eighty percent of the blend, with ten percent Rondinella and ten percent Molinara. The wine contains fifteen percent alcohol and receives oak maturation. The full-bodied style is dry.

The grapes rest on bamboo racks during the winter for partial natural dehydration, concentrating colour, aromas and flavours. Alcohol is fifteen percent. The wine is made in the Valpolicella Classica area of Veneto.

The grapes are dried for more than 100 days. The wine contains 15 percent alcohol.

Forest floor, dried dark fruit, cedar and smoke accompany dried black cherry, baked plum, ground pepper and clove. Firm and full-bodied, the red carries solid, fine-grained tannins. Raisined fruit, cherry, vanilla and spice also appear within a warm, velvety profile. The blend is seventy-five percent Corvina, twenty percent Rondinella and five percent Molinara. The finish is persistent.

Deep crimson in colour, the wine also shows black cherry alongside ripe black plum, dusty earth and dried herbs. Fig, blackcurrant, spiced chocolate and vanilla also appear, together with integrated tannins and a lasting finish. The wine is made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara in Veneto. Maturation takes place for twenty-four months in French oak.
