Juicy plum and dark raspberry meet herbaceous notes and tart cassis. The palate is soft, with very light tannins and a saline finish. Léon Millot, Petite Pearl and Marquette make up the blend. Part of the fruit undergoes carbonic fermentation before a brief rest in stainless steel. Serve with a light chill alongside sausages or charcuterie.

Dark cherry and plum lead a juicy, generous nose, with woodsy spice adding depth. The palate is rich and round but still energetic, carrying ripe fruit with a lightly wild, savoury edge. A gentle sparkle keeps the texture lively, while the spicy dark-fruit character lingers through a vibrant finish.

Bright floral notes lead into crunchy raspberry, with a crisp, dry finish keeping the wine light on its feet. Equal parts Léon Millot and Gewürztraminer were spontaneously fermented on their skins, then aged in neutral barrels and bottled unfined and unfiltered. The result is vivid, savoury and refreshing, best served lightly chilled alongside relaxed, flavourful food.

A vivid cherry-cola hue introduces sarsaparilla, dried cherry and a distinctive Dr Pepper-like spice. The palate is fresh and crisp, with light bubbles lifting the dark fruit rather than adding weight. Wild fermentation and a softly textured, unfiltered finish give the wine its easygoing natural character.
