Citrus aromas accompany juicy tropical fruit, lychee and pineapple. The white is fresh, crisp and mouth-filling, with good complexity and texture. Made from Grillo grown organically in Sicily, it carries the Terre Siciliane designation and 12.5 percent alcohol. Suggested pairings include seafood pasta, fish, sushi, sashimi and lightly seasoned cheese. It can also be served chilled on its own.

Quince, orange peel and dried apricot shape the aromatic profile of this amber Marsala. The palate is delicate and harmonious, with a slight citrus finish. Grillo, Catarratto and Inzolia form the blend. The wine comes from western Sicily and spends more than twelve months in oak. Alcohol is 17 percent, and the style is semisecco.

The wine is organically produced and vegan, and its light-bodied style centres on clean fruit rather than oak.

Amber colour shows antique-gold reflections, with an ethereal aroma and dry palate. Grillo, Catarratto, Inzolia and Damaschino are harvested by hand in the province of Trapani. Fermentation begins in temperature-controlled steel before fortification with alcohol or wine brandy and cooked must. Oak ageing lasts at least two years. The wine contains eighteen percent alcohol and can accompany mature cheeses, smoked-fish appetizers or dessert.

Straw-yellow in colour, this Grillo offers white melon, loquat, apricot, pineapple and beeswax. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with 13.5 percent alcohol. The grapes come from Gurra vineyard at Menfi in Sicily. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel. The vines grow on clay and limestone, and harvesting occurs during the first week of September. The wine is made entirely from Grillo.

Barrel ageing brings quiet depth without obscuring the fruit, while the sweetness remains measured and composed. It finishes with lingering raisin, dried fruit, vanilla and a gentle echo of caramel.
