About Zanotto
Riccardo Zanotto’s wine project begins with his family vineyard at Tarzo, in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills. He also selects fruit from growers elsewhere in Italy, working with an oenologist on the wines.
Col Fondo is his signature: hillside Glera refermented in the bottle and left unfiltered, with its natural sediment. The range also includes tank-fermented sparkling wines.
