The vines occupy a single islet of plots on a hilly limestone plateau covered with white Urgonian rocks. The site lies in the northwest of the appellation, on a high plateau overlooking the Rhône. Winemaking includes pneumatic pressing, static cold settling, four months on the lees and no malolactic fermentation. Roussanne is vinified and matured separately in barrel before final blending.

French Red
Counoise accounts for thirty percent of the blend, Grenache twenty-five, Syrah and Mourvèdre fifteen each, and Clairette, Bourboulenc and Roussanne five each. Floral, blackberry and spice notes appear with cassis and garrigue. The palate is tannic and fresh. Whole clusters are co-fermented in a wooden conical tank for more than a month. Vatting lasts eighty days. Maturation lasts eighteen months in barrel. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.

French White
Roussanne and Bourboulenc come from two separate parcels. Fennel and fleshy fruit appear in a smooth white. The grapes are hand harvested in fifty-kilogram boxes, then cooled for settling before alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out. Maturation lasts seven months on fine lees. The vineyards are farmed organically, and the finished wine has fourteen percent alcohol.

French Red
Nearly black colour accompanies red fruit, blackcurrant, blackberry, spice, thyme and lavender. The bouquet is elegant, rich and round, with fig, cherry, blackcurrant and stewed fruit, together with acidity and delicate tannins. Grenache and Mourvèdre each account for thirty percent of the blend, Counoise and Syrah each ten percent, and Cinsault five percent. Eight other permitted varieties make up the remaining fifteen percent.

French Red
Deep ruby colour appears with a fresh chocolate note. The wine is round, with ripe fruit, soft tannins, good length, acidity and balance. Grenache and Mourvèdre each account for thirty percent of the blend, with fifteen percent Syrah, ten percent Counoise and five percent Cinsault. The remaining ten percent comprises eight other permitted varieties. The grapes are grown organically.

French White
White flowers, nectarine, orange peel and honey appear in a velvety white. White-fruit flavours, salinity and freshness accompany a rich profile. The blend includes Clairette Blanche, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier, Bourboulenc, Marsanne and Vermentino. Grapes are hand harvested, and the farming is organic. Most fermentation and ageing take place in concrete, with a smaller portion using 600-litre oak vessels.
Clos Sainte Magdeleine 2023 Cassis Blanc
French White
Hazelnut, coffee and pastry notes sit beside a saline accent. The palate is rounded, with salinity and freshness, while light bitterness appears in the finish. The four-variety blend combines Marsanne at forty-five percent, Ugni Blanc at twenty-five percent, Clairette at twenty percent and Bourboulenc at ten percent. Certified-organic farming is used across the estate's vineyards.

French White
Melon, cured ham and citrus accompany salty mineral notes in this medium-bodied, textured white. The wine also shows lively citrus, floral and herb details with lime, green apple and tangerine. Roussanne and Bourboulenc are gently pressed. Most of the wine remains in stainless steel on fine lees, while a small portion of Roussanne matures in barrel.

White peach, apricot and citrus open the nose, joined by exotic fruit, gentle spice and a subtle vanilla note. The palate is rounded yet fresh, balancing supple texture with lively acidity and a clear mineral line. Harmonious and persistent through the finish, it pairs naturally with roast chicken, grilled sea bass, creamy vegetable dishes or soft cheeses.
