Altesse
Altesse
Cave de Chautagne 2023 Roussette de Savoie Vieilles Vignes
French White
Pale yellow with golden reflections, the wine shows pineapple, peach and hazelnut. A lively, balanced opening leads to an ample, creamy palate and a long finish. The old-vine white is made entirely from Altesse, a grape native to Savoie. It is classified as a dry white under Roussette de Savoie AOC. The release received a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris.
Lambert de Seyssel 2016 Royal Seyssel Brut
French Sparkling
Fine bubbles accompany green apple and white flowers, with a dry palate, pineapple jelly, citrus acidity and a creamy texture. Toast, salted butter and quince jelly are also present. Made from Altesse and Molette, the wine follows the traditional method and spends three years ageing sur lattes. It comes from Savoie and carries the Seyssel appellation. Alcohol is twelve percent.
Les Cortis 2020 Neumite
French Red
Floral and red-fruited, with bright cherry and a light Beaujolais-like lift. The palate is graceful and energetic, gaining depth from semi-carbonic fermentation and extended skin contact while remaining fresh rather than heavy. Gentle structure and added complexity balance the vivid fruit, leading to a poised, clean finish.
Les Cortis 2018 Sillon Savoie
French Red
A delicate, mineral red with violet-tinged colour and layered aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, cassis, blackberry and blueberry. Rose, violet, musk, clove and cinnamon add lift and detail. The palate has real energy, with notable power shaped by remarkably melted tannins, carrying the floral, spiced fruit into a composed finish.
