Glantenay 2021 Volnay

$114.99
Bright ruby, clear garnet, its aromas sing violet, currant, cherry and with age spices, game and cooked prune. Its concentration, its complexity are expressed in a delicate and nuanced way.

De Pez 2014 St Estephe

$117.99
Château de Pez is one of St-Estèphe’s venerable estates, known for an elegant yet solidly built wine. It typically features rich currant and berry flavors layered with classic Left Bank notes of spice, cedar, and tobacco. The nose often offers ripe red and black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) intertwined with hints of licorice, graphite, and toasted oak. On the palate, de Pez is medium-full in body with a firm structure – you’ll notice dark plum and cassis fruit wrapped in fine but present tannins, giving a satisfying grip. There is a pleasant smoky oak and black pepper spice that adds depth without overwhelming. As it opens, subtleties of earthy forest floor and dried herbs can emerge. The finish is long, with a mix of ripe fruit and savory notes (tobacco, leather) lingering. Overall, Chateau de Pez strikes a balance between robust St-Estèphe character and polished drinkability. It is rich and generous in flavor yet also refined, with the spice, toast, and cassis elements harmonizing nicely in an age-worthy but approachable claret.

Fleury Brut Rose Saignee

$119.99
100% Pinot Noir made by maceration with all of the skins in contact with all of the juice - yet remains incredibly elegant in both weight and style. In the glass it has a wonderful, fresh Pinot Noir nose of strawberry fruit and forest air intrigue.

Tourterelles 2022 Vire-Clesse Mg

$119.99
This large format expression of Viré-Clessé offers generous aromas of ripe pear, white peach, lemon curd, and acacia blossom layered with hints of hazelnut and wet stone. The palate is supple and textured, balancing round orchard fruit with fresh mineral lift and a touch of creamy richness through the finish. Elegant yet approachable, it shines alongside roast chicken and creamy seafood dishes.

Serge Mathieu 2009 Brut Millesime

$128.99
It has structure, power and length, and bears the mark of its Pinot Noir. It clearly shows all the work that has been carried out in the vineyards since only very ripe and small grapes can produce such density and structure in a Champagne. 8.6 grams dosage. Entirely made from Pinot Noir… clear, fresh and straight fruit of yellow skinned apples and Williams pears along with citrus flavors and some stony notes on the nose. This is remarkably elegant and delicate with a mineral backbone and an excellent grippy finish.
