Ycoden-Daute-Isora

Textural, deep and complex, this red is made from old-vine, ungrafted Listán Negro grown in the Bellavista Norte parcel. Whole stems ferment in concrete before twelve months in a four-year-old foudre. The wine comes from Tenerife’s Ycoden-Daute-Isora appellation. Its northern Tenerife setting includes volcanic soils, Atlantic conditions and Alisios winds. Production totals 2,584 bottles.
