Fermentation takes place in steel, followed by time in cement and steel tanks. The grapes are organically grown, and the bottle is closed with a screw cap.

The wine is made in Trentino and carries the Vigneti delle Dolomiti designation.

Skin contact lasts about one week.

Pinot Noir comes from the Krafuss estate, between 430 and 450 metres. The vines grow in loamy, gravelly, calcareous glacial soils. Farming is organic and biodynamic, and the wine carries 12.5 percent alcohol.
