Di Lenardo 2015 Father’s Eyes Chardonnay

Smoky Chardonnay combines vanilla and hazelnut with creamy apple pastry, lemon meringue and graham-cracker flavours. The rich style remains bright and fresh through juicy acidity. Production includes partial fermentation, three months in new American oak barrels, maturation on fine lees and complete malolactic fermentation. The wine comes from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and the bottling uses composite DIAM corks.
Radikon 2015 Ribolla Gialla Venezia Giulia IGT 500 mL
Italian White
Orange blossom, honey, passion fruit and walnut accompany mineral character and light tannins. The wine is dry and fresh, with a long finish. Ribolla Gialla undergoes extended skin contact before thirty-six months in large casks. The bottled wine is unfiltered, unfined and made without added sulphur dioxide. The vines are farmed organically and biodynamically, and the wine is classified as natural.

Pale straw with green highlights, offering delicate acacia blossom, lemon zest and fresh aromatic herbs. The palate is dry, bright and well balanced, with firm acidity and a clear mineral line supporting its citrus and floral character. Light on its feet but not slight, it finishes crisp, savoury and refreshingly direct.
Dario Princic 2017 Sivi Pinot Grigio
Italian White
Dark pink-amber in the glass, with apricot skin, mandarin peel, candied ginger and ripe tropical fruit. The palate is full-bodied and energetic, combining bright acidity with fine skin tannin, stony minerality and a gently bitter savoury edge. Long and persistent, it pairs well with roast pork, mushrooms or aged cheese.
