Dario Princic

Dark pink-amber in the glass, with apricot skin, mandarin peel, candied ginger and ripe tropical fruit. The palate is full-bodied and energetic, combining bright acidity with fine skin tannin, stony minerality and a gently bitter savoury edge. Long and persistent, it pairs well with roast pork, mushrooms or aged cheese.
